Position Description

We are retained by one of world`s largest organisation in search for a Talent Management Director based in either Oman/Dubai. We are probing for a strategic executive who has antiquity of not just competent but effective strategic talent management practices.

You;
A reputable brand (E)
Global background (E)
Golden triangle builder (E)
Systematic and thoughtful (E)
FCIPD or equivalent accreditation (E)
Master’s Degree or PHD in related area (Business management, HR) (D)
10+ years of experience in human resources (E)

Offer;
Approx $350,000 Tax free package + benefits

Assessment & Selection criteria;
Stage 1: Telephone interview (30 minutes)
Stage 2: Presentation (PowerPoint followed by Excel!)
Stage 3: Client interview in Dubai
