Bilingual in-house lawyer

Position Description

A bilingual (Arabic - English) Lawyer with at least 6 years PQE.

We are seeking an attorney, with excellent bilingual, (Arabic –English), skills with at least 6 years professional experience in the fields of contracts, labor management, corporation, intellectual property, health care/malpractice laws as well as litigation, dispute resolution and negotiation skills. Knowledge of Sharia and regional cultural values is highly desirable. Excellent research, writing and teaching abilities as well as being able to practice independently with minimum supervision are required for this full-time position.

Some travel will be required. The attorney will support the Director to fulfill the goals and purpose of the Department; to assist the Director in administrative management and the timely provision of the Department’s profesional responsibilities; and to assume other responsibilities delegated by the Director as the Department’s second most authoritative attorney.

The attorney should have a Bachelor’s degree or LL.M. or LL.D. from an accredited, recognized school of law.
