1) Key Responsibilities: As a senior manager in Contract & Laws Dept. to carry out contract management work of EPC projects and formulate administrative procedures of contract management. Training of junior contract managerial personnel.
2) Responsible for establishing and implementing the project contracts administration procedures consistent to the company guidelines and policies
3) Manage all contracting activities of formulation of contracting strategy, tendering, negotiating, awarding and managing all subcontracts and major purchase orders.
4) Provide principal contractual support and advices to the project management after award till closeout, including but not limited:
² Ensuring compliance with spirit and terms and conditions of the contract.
² Preparation of various forms of Contracts.
² Prepare an analysis of the prime contract general terms and conditions to highlight areas of potential risk such as ambiguities, commissions and conflicts.
² Monitoring progress of work to be carried out under the contract.
² Establish and maintain and change order list and prepare and identify change orders to the contract.
² Ensure that any subcontracts /PO contain appropriate flow down of the prime contract terms and conditions.
² Ensuring compliance with insurance, invoicing requirements, warranties, performance bonds etc.
² Payments, settlement of disputes/claims, arbitration, etc. |
