Head of IT and Business Change 

 

 A fast expanding Financial Services “Start-up” on a major scale with a highly impressive management team are seeking to recruit an IT specialist to own the IT strategy of this new business.

 

 Working as an integral member of the senior management team, you will be responsible for setting IT strategy, managing IT delivery through a service provider and managing business change to meet the evolving needs of the business. IT is a key differentiator in this business and is critical to the success of the business. The key success factor in this role is the ability to effectively manage the chosen provider for outsourced IT and data processing.

 

Your responsibilities will include:

 

Ownership and development of the IT strategy including development of the IT architecture to meet the needs of the business

 

Manage the outsourced provider ; defining and agreeing Service Levels and developing a seamless interface with the partner’s IT team.

 

Define, recruit and develop the in-house IT and business change teams

Ownership of the business process model, managing change within this to meet the evolving needs of the business

 

Establish an Enterprise PMO and determine the projects required across the business

 

Significant involvement in post acquisition integration, both from a business change and IT perspective

 

To succeed in this role you will need to be an experienced IT professional with experience across all aspects of IT environment. You will also have experience of running large scale outsourced services and experience gained within the financial Services industry would be advantageous.
