Director for IT Strategy and Transformation

 

Candidates should have significant experience in large scale complex IT infrastructure and process engagements across a range of industries, such as financial, retail, automotive, telecoms and public sector.

 

They will have led a team in the continuous improvements of an organizations IT management and governance capability, particularly in all areas of organizational change. Skills required will include the ability to analyse, formulate, and design technology solutions that impact on an organizations IT effectiveness through its infrastructure and processes.

 

They will be working in a consultancy capacity within a well organized and structured environment. They should be able to demonstrate skills in both business development and leading client expectations with innovative thinking.

 

They will have experience of programme and project management on large scale assignments and be used to taking responsibility for overall direction, quality assurance, and executive presentation of results to clients.

 

Candidates will be self starters with well developed analytical and presentation skills. They will have worked at senior client levels and be seen as key influences and leaders of technology change.

 

They will be used to working as part of a team committed to delivering high quality results in areas critical to a clients’ IT strategy.  

 

Skills should include Microsoft Office, ITIL and PM certification combined with a minimum bachelor degree education and/or at least 3 years relevant experience.
