European IT Sales Director
THE ROLE
· This market leading organisation has just created a new position and currently requires a European Sale Director to sell specific insurance based technology related services and solutions.
· The Sales Director will have full responsibility for a team of 5 senior sales people, they will carry a team and an individual target focussing on the UK mainly but also following opportunities in Germany and France.
· Deal sizes are between £500K and £5M.
· This role focuses on developing and driving the sales team, however the Sales Director will be expected to lead by example and get hands on with closing their own business.
· This role is 70% services lead sale and includes selling exclusively to the insurance market.
· The Sales Director will be fully supported by lead generation, marketing, presales.
· This role includes selling mainly at C level.
