Group Director of Finance
This is a challenging opportunity for an energetic finance professional to help the Society to expand its products and services adding to its future strength and member benefit.
The Role:
Support the new CEO in the commercial development of the business, growing both existing and new profit streams.
To ensure robust financial management, controlling the group as it develops and expands.
Responsible for the development and maintenance of an innovative portfolio of mortgage and investment products.
To manage major projects and to ensure planned benefits are achieved.
The Candidate:
Qualified accountant with a proven track record of successful financial management.
Experience at Board level.
Knowledge and experience of secretarial, treasury and taxation matters in a diverse group.
Effective communicator with the ability to lead and motivate the finance and product development teams with a hands on committed approach.
Significant experience of project management, leadership, and risk management ideally gained in the financial services sector |
