Director of Financial Planning
Our client is a leading telecoms operator in the Gulf with multiple operations across the globe. As a result of a new drive to expand globally, they are in urgent need of an experienced Director of Financial Planning and Performance to increase transparency between major international operations.
The primary responsibilities for the role will include:
1. Create transparency into subsidiary performance to facilitate performance management including performance dialogues
2. Maintain independent perspective on subsidiary markets and support target setting for subsidiaries
3. Bears overall responsibility for the performance of the Finance Development unit.
4. Provides comprehensive leadership and direction to implement plans, policies and strategies for the effective, systematic and integrated functioning of the Finance Development section.
5. Leads analyst team to monitor subsidiary Financial performance and understand market trends
6. Reports subsidiary Financial performance to the Head of Finance, International Investments on a monthly basis.
Successful candidates will have 10+ years or equivalent experience within the realm of Financial Planning and Portfolio Management. Candidates with such experience within Telecoms would be at a significant advantage. Candidates will be educated to Degree level or higher and/or have equivalent financial qualifications. |
