Branch Manager - Banking
The candidate requires to effectively run the day to day operations of the Branch by building a highly developed and motivated sales force, achieving financial and non financial targets as well as ensuring compliance to guidelines and procedures. Prepares and performs marketing plan for products in order to achieve his budget & goals. Meets Customers, identify their requirements in order to maintain good relations with them and performs a high quality of services to them. Monitors the funds and participates in counting cash to ensure that funds are reconciliated. Studies daily and Monthly computer statement to ensure that the customer’s accounts are secured and managed according to bank policies and procedures.
Skills
· 8 - 10 years of experience in medium size branch
· Strong skills in branch (operation, sales & customer service)
· Bilingual would be preferred
· Strong Communication skills
· Strong computer skills
· Banking experience is a must
· Should possess strong negotiation skills, marketing skills and managerial skills
· Should have a good knowledge of the market
· Should be a soft-spoken person
· Reporting to Head of Retail.

Bachelor x378s degree prefarably in Finance or Banking |
