Finance Director
This highly profitable, privately owned Insurance company are seeking an experienced finance professional to lead their largest division through a period of high growth and rapid change.
Leading a team of three experienced Controllers who each have substantial finance teams; this role is focussed on providing commercial financial support to the Divisional MD and directing the team to achieve greater systems and process efficiencies within their BU’s.
This is a highly commercial business, where you will have regular exposure to the Senior Board and will be expected to think on your feet and provide real insight into the business. Further acquisitions are likely.
To succeed in this role, you will have previous experience of working in an Insurance business in a commercial financial role where finance has added value to the organisation. |
