Expert needed to head up the Construction Division of c. 600 unit turnover business outfit.
This well respected developer have been delivering high specification units for over 20 years with a focus on RC Frame apartments in Prime locations within popular City Locations. Each development is treated as an individual adventure and is allocated an experienced project team based on site from inception through to completion, including a Commercial and Design team.
You will work closely with the Managing Director on the master planning of a portfolio of developments across the region as well as be responsible for Profit and Loss duties for the Construction Department. |
