Senior Quantity Surveyor
National Multi disciplinary Main Contractor and Property Development Group requires an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor.
Candidate:
Ideally you will have a degree/HND in quantity surveying or a related subject as well as practical experience. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, good IT skills and a high level of numeracy are essential for this role.
Responsibilities:
Exciting projects await commercially minded individuals who are self-motivated and flexible. Surveyors will work as part of a team in all matters relating to quantity surveying. Duties include commercial aspects of contract administration including procurement of subcontract, cost and value reconciliation, applications for payment, variations, dealing with claims, producing cost reports, valuations and forecasts, through to preparation of final accounts, all within tight deadlines and budgets. |
