Retail Director – Automotive
Our client is a successful motor dealership group, based in the Northern Home Counties and with a turnover approaching £100m.Long-established, with a strong foothold in the region, this a busy high-end volume dealership, with a solid used car business and a thriving after-sales and service division.
The group now requires a dynamic, hands-on individual to join as managing director. You will be responsible for creating and driving forward the strategic direction of the group, working with the rest of the board. You will also lead the operational management of the business, through a team of three dealer principals.
Currently operating at operational managing director level you will be able to demonstrate an ability to manage multi-strand, relationship driven businesses where detail is paramount. With a passion for retail and business growth, you will make it your business to take yourself and your company to number one position in the marketplace. |
