Operation General Manager – Saudi Arabia

 

 

MAIN ROLE:

 

The main role of this position is to take responsibility for the Total Operation of Avenue Around the Kingdom; store wise and region wise by supervising and managing the total aspects of operation of Avenue making sure of achieving “Set Targets & Agreed Plans”

 

SPECIFIC FUNCTION & JOB DESCRIPTION:

 

1. Breaks down Monthly Given Target to Store level by category.

2. Achieves targeted Revenue & Profit as set by company.

3. Meets the targeted SKU management.

4. Reduces the operational cost to meet both effectiveness & efficiency.

5. Maintains proper stock level in all stores.

6. Mobilizes stock & resources between Regions (Stores).

7. Setting up the manpower requirements for all stores.

8. Meets expansion plans for new stores as set by Management.

9. Suggests new locations and or areas to achieve better market reach-out.

10. Submits monthly report explaining performance and Achievement / Shortfall.

11. Meets periodically with Regional Operation Managers for better Communication.

12. Meets Location Account Receivables with CPU.

13. Requests Management support & resources to achieve set targets & Profit.

14. Trains Regional Operation Managers to improve their Results & Achievements.

15. Meets Periodically with CPU to request Improved and New Services.

16. Recommends all required Purchases of equipment such as shelves, fridges, trucks.

17. Investigates customersx378 complaints involving such matters as damaged items, overcharges, and no stock and makes necessary adjustment.

18. Interprets and implements company policies, and develops “Operations Department Manual” and procedures for all aspects of operations and contacts with CPU & Internally.

19. May suggest terminating any location(s) that will not be profitable.

20. Audits store accounts and verify cash balances to determine accuracy and completeness of financial accounts and records.

 

Skills

 

- 10 years experience.

- Flunet in English & Arabic.

- Computer skills.

- Leadership skills.
