Supply Chain Manager
The Role:
Manages all aspects of the supply chain, implementing systems for effective and accurate forecasting, inventory and replenishment at all levels. Manages supply arrangements, interacting with Group Logistics, specific brand support services and local suppliers. Monitors performance of the supply chain, develops budgets, and enusres timely and acurate information flows within and outside the business.
Responsibilities:
Supports retail supply and store material procurement, ensuring product availability for existing and new store
Sets and maintains agreed stock targets
Ensures that stocking policies result in a replenishment process that consistently deliver required product volumes on time within date sensitive tolerance, via distribution chain to stores
Ensure all ordering material/guidelines are provided, for both regular supplies and promotional items
Leads on supply chain development and new supply initiatives
Develops the capabilities of the supply chain team through direction, coaching, clear objectives, appraisals.
Skills
Experience and knowledge of Retail Supply Chain operations
3 Years in a Supply Chain role
Recommends inventory levels and complimentary replenishment policies
Recommends action to the business based on demand trends
Experience of supply chain development and implementing new initiatives
