Sales and Marketing Manager For Leading Electronics Brand

 

THE ROLE

 

1. Planning and develop Marketing and Communication strategy for all departments in the company.

2. Ensure the day-to-day execution of all operational responsibilities for marketing assessment and long term planning. Prepare and implement marketing procedure.

3. Track and ascertain investment resources available for marketing and communication and to plan out the action plan designed to increase market share and working with creative and production teams to develop effective marketing tools.

4. Communication and interpretation of marketing plans for information and instructions of sales team of respective brands and product categories.

5. Ensuring adequate measures to safeguard the image of the company and the brands represented in all marketing and communication activities.

6. Organize correspondence and meetings with the principals to plan and review performances of all the marketing and communication activities.

7. Develop a satisfactory above-the-line and below-the-line advertising, sales promotions and brand/product awareness policies.

8. Ensuring adequate coordination of all marketing activities between the company, sales team and the principals. Create a study and research on the required marketing activities to improve and expand the sales

9. Maintain a balance and healthy harmonious relationship between management and staff

10. Plan and support the sales departments in the introduction and launch of new products.

11. Study the marketing and communication practice of competitors, the efficiency of different marketing methods, the effectiveness of various advertising media, methods of training’s etc.

12. Planning and execution of the company’s participation in the public events, exhibitions and other awareness events.

13. Preparation, execution and monitoring of all media advertisements, press release, joint campaigns and budgets.

14. Developing strategic programmes for customer acquisition plans and customer retention plans.
