Retail Manager

 

THE ROLE

 

·          Train the store Managers - in how to manage and develop people, in the collection proposal, in how to better display the products.

·          Train the salespeople - in the integration process and also in service basic concepts, sales, in the collection proposal and in how to make a personal production (make-up, hairstyle, outfit).

·          Train the cashiers - in the integration and automation process.

·          Incentive sales according to existing inventory.

 

Observe :

1.     The activities performed by the operating personnel;

2.     Sales performance;

3.     The Management in order to gather information for his/her job;

4.     Evaluate the Management performance, by means of the “tool” Check List of stores

5.     Check performance evaluations conducted by the Management of stores on their employees (salespeople, cashiers and inventory clerks).

6.     Check the existence of prices and demand the immediate replacement of the products removed from the store windows of stores.

7.     Check inventories, by means of the ABC curve and prepare promotions.

8.     Prepare stores visit reports.

 

 

Skills

·          Should have minimum 5-7 years of experience.

·          Age : between 28 to 35 years

·          Fluent in English, both speaking and writing.

·          Computer Knowledge: Good skills in MS Windows, MS Word, MS Excel, MS. Outlook.

·          Good communication skills interpersonal skills

·          Advance presentation skills.

·          Certified training will be plus.

·          Resident location Saudi Arabia-Jeddah.

·          Ability to travel between Middle East countries

 

Education

 

Bachelor Degree in Business, MBA will be plus / Certified training will be plus.
