Personnel Manager

 

To provide a wide of administrative services to the company. Including the maintenance of personnel files . Handling storage of consumable materials to administrative services, maintenance of site financial records all in accordance with companyx378s policies and procedures . involved in human resources organization, planning, administration development and procedures in addition with administration matters .

 

THE ROLE

 

·          Cary out personnel, organization and development activates in coordination with management and other entities.

·          Direct, develop and implement management assessment techniques to identify key management talent .

·          Develop and review performance evaluation process and related forms, designed to assist in personnel development of all level of employment.

·          Administrate compensation benefits and performance management system and safety program .

·          Identify staff vacancies and recruit, interview and selected applicants.

·          Allocate human resources, ensuring appropriate matches between personnel.

·          Provide current and prospective employees with information about policies, job duties, working condition, wages opportunities for promotion and employees benefits.

·           Implements annually updates compensation program, rewrites job descriptions as necessary, conduct annul salary surveys and develop salary budget, analyzes compensation, monitor performance evaluation program and revises as necessary.

·          Conducts recruitment effort for all exempt and nonexempt personnel, and temporary employees, conduct new employee orientations, monitors career path program, employee relations counseling, outplacement counseling, and exit interviewing, write and places advertisements .

 

THE PERSON

 

·          B.S Degree in Business administration or equivalent .

·          Knowledge & expertise on local Labor Law & prevailing HR practices .

·          Substantial proven performance in an administration manager role.

·          Demonstrated ability to interact and consult effectively with business leaders and employees.

·          Strong analytical, problem -solving and conceptual skills.

·          Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.

·          Excellent human resources management skills

·          B.S Degree in Business administration or equivalent
