Recruitment Director / Manager

 

THE ROLE

 

Overall Management & Responsibility of the Recruitment Function, including:

 

• Develop the most appropriate recruitment procedures for the whole organization.

• Coordinate with various departments to develop appropriate organizational structures.

• Coordination with various departments to identify the manpower needs (vacancies).

• Coordination with various departments to develop appropriate job descriptions and person specifications.

• Carry out necessary paperwork to obtain the appropriate approvals.

• Carry our necessary paperwork to obtain visas, if required.

• Conduct research and select the most suitable recruitment and advertising agencies, locally and internationally.

• Manage the contracts with the recruitment and advertising agencies.

• Carry out necessary activities to resource applicants for the vacancies.

• Coordinate with various individuals to conduct technical interviews and assessment.

• Conduct HR interviews and assessment.

• Carry out necessary activities and paperwork to select and employ the most suitable candidates.

• Carryout the necessary induction activities.

• Search and employ suitable members for the remaining recruitment team positions.

 

THE PERSON

 

·          University Degree in a suitable discipline.

·          Training courses/ programmes in recruitment and occupational assessment (preferable).

·          Minimum of 5 years of recruitment experience, and out of which minimum of 2 years in a supervisory role within recruitment.

·          Good computer skills.

·          Good command of spoken and written English.

·          Should be a hard worker, and possessing good personal skills in the following:

·          team leadership

·           interpersonal communication

·          planning & organizing

·          analysis & problem solving

·          action orientation
