HR Manager - Furniture Retailer
Our client is the largest furniture specialist in the Middle East with over 400 stores worldwide, providing a choice of quality products at value prices. They deliver not only a quality product but the service to go with it.
THE ROLE
They are looking for an experienced HR Manager to work in direct partnership with the Logistics Division and Central Support Managers to develop and implement people related strategies and initiatives to drive and improve business performance.
THE PERSON
Preferably CIPD qualified with previous experience of working in a warehousing and distribution environment. A practical, commercially focused individual with a x378can do x378 mentality and high levels of energy to deliver excellent results. The successful candidate will be required to travel across the Gulf countries visiting numerous Distribution Centres developing and implementing corporate values and behaviours to develop a high performance culture. |
