HR Director Europe

 

Our client is a leading, global, FTSE 100 organisation that is looking to appoint a European HR Director to support a population of c. 100,000 individuals.

 

THE ROLE

 

The role will focus on ensuring that the European wide people plan is successfully implemented into the business and that the country management teams take ownership all people initiatives.

 

Technically the role is broad based although the key focus will be around International Talent Management, Organisational Design, Reward, Senior Management Development & Coaching.

 

 

THE PERSON

 

This experience should be gained from within a fast paced, blue chip, global organisation and ideally from a labour intensive industry. Whilst you need to be an exceptional HR generalist, demonstrable experience of leading international HR teams and influencing executive level management is equally critical to success in this role.
