THE ROLE
We are keen to hear from candidates who have experience in the analysis of organisational effectiveness and the design and facilitation of process relating to performance enhancement, change management, strategy implementation or learning and development. In addition it is highly desirable that you offer a post graduate qualification or masters in psychology with an understanding of tools and techniques around group dynamics, systems theory and individual development.
THE PERSON
Ideally you will already have worked as a consultant and therefore will be extremely comfortable and capable of building relationships, influencing and operating at all levels within an organisation. It is essential that you will be able to operate autonomously with the ability to deal with complex organisational problems in a coaching and consultative manner.
