Our client a global leading Firm has a new opportunity within the HR department for a Recruitment Manager to join the team and act as a Recruitment expert.
THE ROLE
The Recruitment Manager will be responsible for firm wide resourcing, developing a strategy to attract and retain high caliber candidates. The successful candidate must have previous recruitment experience gained from working in house and have proven success in recruiting high caliber positions.
THE PERSON
Candidates must be degree qualified and working within a similar role at present with recruitment and preferably HR experience. Candidates must understand how to devise innovative strategies to attract experienced qualified staff and have significant experience in working within a demanding partnership environment. |
