The Board is now seeking a high calibre, HR professional to assist in maintaining these objectives and delivering highly innovative solutions to ensure the business continues to break new ground.

 

 

THE ROLE

 

·          Operating as a business partner, working closely with business leaders, influencing & steering implementation & supporting strategic change

·          Implementation of training & development strategies

·          Developing new HR systems & practices

·          Business alignment, compliance & maintenance input

·          Attraction & retention of key performers within a highly competitive marketplace
