HR Business Partner – Finance
Our client are a globally recognised financial services brand with offerings in both the consumer and corporate space operating in the top 5 of their market globally.
Due to employee relocating my client are eager to bring on board a seasoned HR Business partner with experience covering all areas of the HR Generalist piece.
THE ROLE
Key assignments in the pipeline include the design and rollout of a graduate recruitment program across the Middle East, South Asia, India and China, another key initiative is a compensation and benefits analysis across the region. You will bring to the table a first rate track record of delivering HR initiatives inline with commercial goals as well as a solid understanding of recruitment, training and comp and bens.
THE PERSON
Ideally you will also have financial services experience and exposure to the Middle Eastern Region.
