Requirements:
• University level education preferably in the field of Human Resources, Law, etc. • previous experience gained in an international company (10 years minimum) on the similar position • knowledge of International Labour Law and new HR tools • strong leadership and outstanding negotiating and analytical skills • exceptional coaching and mentoring skills • influencing and interpersonal skills • decisive, communicative and flexible • creative and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
