FSR Executive Search Assessment and Selection aims to lead in terms of service quality and value for money. Our fees are based on a published price structure for the assignment and will not change if the client decides to offer a higher starting salary. We will support the client through the whole recruitment process from taking the brief until the successful candidate has settled in to the new role.
We also feel that is important to support the candidates through the recruitment process. This starts with being open and honest about the client organisation and the requirements of the job. Our consultants are fully trained in feedback techniques and will give constructive feedback after the interview process, and where appropriate the results from the assessment centre.
As HR professionals we support the development of our team. We are committed to Investors in People and we have supported our team to undertake Master’s level qualifications, training in psychometric testing and updating on new assessment and selection techniques. In addition we have regular team meetings to review how effective we are.
Regular progress updates so your project runs smoothly
The selection process is a series of steps from the initial briefing to appointment of the right person. FSR Executive Search, as part of their commitment to the client, will give progress reports on the whole process.
The initial briefing will aim to agree timescales, the approach FSR Executive Search will take on the attraction of suitable candidates, and how much involvement the client wants in the process. In order to give feedback on progress the client will nominate a main contact who will liaise with FSR Executive Search during the process.
As part of the initial meeting it will be agreed on whether psychometric testing and assessment centres will be used.
FSR Executive Search will produce a progress document with each step outlined and a costing for the recruitment and selection process.
Once the attraction process has started then DMS will handle all the administration with regard to candidate contact. A short list will be drawn up for first interview and the names will be sent to the client contact as part of the progress report.
From first interview a short list will be selected for either client interview or assessment centre.
Flexible options for your HR recruitment projects

We have a flexible approach to candidate attraction. Ahead, through our retained recruitment advertising agency, can get the best rates in national newspapers, trade journals and internet sites.
Another approach is to use our ‘pay as you click’ website. We can define the geographical area from where we accept applications and the client pays per application. This helps us control the numbers of applications.
FSR Executive Search Selection and Assessment has a flexible approach to the recruitment process. You can buy the basic package which includes attraction of the candidates, structured competence interviews and short listing. Other options can be bolted on, such as Assessment Centres and outsourcing, at additional cost.
