Tauqeer Iqbal

Tauqeer has a track record of achievement spanning 12 years with global Human Resources in blue chip companies including 5 years of hands on experience in the Middle East. This includes extensive global HR project and content leadership and internal HR consulting covering UK, Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, Kuwait, and Qatar. He possesses a unique range and depth in HR - from compensation to organisation development and learning; from acquisitions, new business launch and business transformation to divestment and closure; from new policy development and implementation to performance management, recruitment and recruitment effectiveness, global talent management, succession planning and reward management; from training programme design and delivery to individual and team coaching and mentoring.

Tauqeer has worked for many years in partnership with numerous Board-level executives, providing coaching, support, challenge, facilitation, ideas, and practical help in strategy development, organisation design, and consequent change programmes. He is business focused, adds value and builds strong relationships with business partners/clients. Tauqeer works effectively at all levels – from the board to the unions. His experience is complemented by strong intellect, creativity, and commitment to deliver, and underpinned by academic qualifications.

Stephen Chinnery

Stephen Chinnery practised as an English solicitor with an international commercial law firm. His role as UK Managing Director acquitted him with a first hand experience of the commercial considerations of running a legal business. Stephen will work with you to search and retain lawyers and executives for your business. Stephen has acted for the complete range of large businesses throughout the Middle East including Magic Circle law firms, financial institutions to industrial conglomerates.

Elizabeth Hill

David Horne

David has 25+ years experience providing successful, innovative e-learning and competency assurance solutions that have included workforce nationalisation programmes. He has practical experience at all stages of the project lifecycle and has been responsible for organising production resources and has overseen projects ranging from hundreds to many thousands of development hours. His experience spans a broad range of market sectors and industries including O&G producers, the Military and UN Agencies. Solutions have been delivered in many regions including the Middle East and North Africa.

Dawn Everton

Dawn has more than 10 years experience of Executive recruitment experience for some of the most well respected companies in the UK. As a trained lawyer Dawn has significant legal recruitment experience in addition to search experience for financial services. She has completed assignments range from Programme Directors and transformation teams in Financial Services and Banking, to turnaround and change agents for the FTSE 100 and 250. He appoints Interim business and function leaders, in addition to project managers.
